Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (unless stated otherwise). Standard shipments will ship via AusPost or Sendle or otherwise depending on your location. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

*In light of the recent lockdown in Australia, please expect shipping delays as our couriers work to get your order to you as soon as possible.
If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return of the merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Returned merchandise should be unworn and in its original condition including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.
To return merchandise for a refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include a copy of your packing list as proof of purchase and make a note of the reason for your return. Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your return, you will be advised by email when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as payments so if, for example, you paid by MasterCard you will receive a refund on your MasterCard.
If merchandise is received by us after the 14 day return period it will not qualify for a refund. In this case the parcel will be returned to the customer.
